My leadership skills and habits changed by having to practice my design, research, and communication. With all these being used in my project I was able to see what a small business would have to face when it comes to marketing.


The term "sharpening the saw" means to me that in order for a saw to be sharpened you will have to know its problems, why it needs to be sharpened, and what methods you would conduct to make sure this saw is sharpened properly and well done. Having to research ways to sharpen it and making sure you would have the right materials, to begin with. As you start to sharpen the saw you would need to input the tactics and strategies that you researched into sharpening the saw for the outcome to be just as amazing as you wanted it to be. As everything turns out the way you researched and thought it out to be. The Sharpened saw would be a reflection of your hard work.

My greatest realization about myself is that I am capable of working alone and having myself to rely on is the easiest way to accomplish more in life. As my communication skills were challenged in tacked with marketing shows that being persuasive and convincing to others would increase my business ability to be successful later on.
